Bullet Witch: Got Zombie?

She's a witch, well, a bad-ass with at that. She's not one of those run-of-the-mill ugly green witches on Halloween decorations; she's a hottie with a huge gun. A third person shooter isn't always my cup of tea, but killing zombies never seems to get old. Alicia, the witch, lives in a futuristic world where war and plague have demolished everything in the world we know. Besides weapons that have a trigger, she also possess the power of magic, which can be just as dangerous while saving the human race. When you do come across a person, I read that you must cut your wrist (doesn't hurt you at all apparently) and pour blood on their heads. It's also pretty gruesome...great.

Bullet Witch is also hooked up on Xbox Live where you can download new content and access leader boards to see the millions that are going to have more kills then you do. Face it, you have a life, and you're not going to be number one unless it is your life. Sorry to be cynical, I'm not feeling so hot.

Even though it does sound like an interesting new game; there is word that the graphics are not really next-gen, which disappoints me because paying the extra money to have a next generation console should afford impressive looking games. Judging by these still frames, it does look really good, but who knows what differences there will be between pictures and the actual game. Bullet Witch dropped in Japan a while ago and the graphics weren't that great then, and they haven't been cleaned up that much for the American launch.

The game drops next month at the standard 360 price of about fifty bucks. I'm going to wait a little while until the price comes down some, but I will certainly pick it up before it ends up in the bargain bin. Later.
