I Wanna Merc Something.

From the minute that I played Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, I was instantly hooked by the amount of blowing up random crap and air strikes. The game was flawless, letting you do whatever you wanted and the missions were both fun and challenging at the same time. The new installment, dubbed Mercenaries: World In Flames, looks to be even better then the first game. I knew that it was coming out on the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3, but it is also now coming out on PC and Playstaton 2. Hey, they are going to make more money from those people who cannot afford the new consoles, so this is simply great for everyone.

Instead of being in the Koreas this time, the stage is set in Venezuela and dealings going on with oil (lovely that they use real world situations).

Tanks, APCs, boats, luxury automobiles -- you name it, you can have it delivered to you in real time. And if you run out of cash you can always 'acquire' the gear you need in the field. You are not a soldier. You don't have to play by anyone's rules. You have your own code: you will fulfill the terms of the contract, no matter what." That sounds like a perfect 10 game to me.
